About the Doctor

Dr. Areen Said graduated from University of Jordan with a Medical Doctorate, he then moved to the United States where he completed his residency and joined the University of Maryland to work on his Fellowship in Multiple Sclerosis. Following that, he practised in North Carolina in inpatient neurology care and was elected Chief of Neurology.

Dr. Said has had high profile positions such as Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at the University of Illinois. He is the recipient of the Sylvia Lawry Multiple Sclerosis Fellowship Award and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology. Dr. Said has also conducted research trails in the development of drugs for Multiple Sclerosis and Epilepsy among other neurological condition.
