About the Doctor
Dr. Asad R. Shamma is a renowned board certified vascular surgeon and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He developed a revolutionary treatment to cosmetically correct unsightly veins of the hands and forearms, which is now used worldwide. In 2006, Dr. Shamma introduced vein procedure for harvesting leg veins to be used in open-heart surgeries. Following on from this, he invented a machine, the S.H.A.M.M.A, which harvests the veins by minimal surgical intervention.
