About the Doctor

Dr. Therese Ward is a clinical psychologist at ACPN. She earned her higher diploma (DEA) in clinical psychology from the Lebanese University in 2005, followed by her PhD in clinical psychology from the Sorbonne Paris Nord University, France, in 2011. She also holds a certificate in Art Therapy from Sorbonne Paris 7 University, France. She is a licensed practitioner in DHA and MoH, Lebanon.

The areas of expertise of Dr. Ward include anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, panic attacks, and phobias. Through analyzing unconscious couples and individual processes, she assists spouses to untie certain pathogenic knots in their bond and enable them to develop a mature relationship in a confidential, safe, neutral, and nonjudgmental environment. Free association, dream analysis, and art therapy are some of the analytical techniques she uses.
